Note: All authors must provide a copy of the book to be read or given. Both physical and Electronic copies accepted. Physical copies preferred.

REVIEW GUIDELINES

The following is a list of my review guidelines, as well as what books I normally accept to review. During the times when I am over-run with requests I will post a "Not Currently Accepting" status at the top of this page.

GUIDELINES

I review fairly and honestly. This means that when you request a review you are not guaranteed a positive response. However, any requested review with a score below a 3/5 will not be posted on Auggie-Talk. I will let you know via e-mail if this is the case.

I do not accept payment for reviews and a good review can not be purchased in any way.

I will give you a rough date of when you can expect to see the review and I will send you the link to the review as soon as it is posted.

If you request a review be prepared to provide a copy of your work. I AM CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING PHYSICAL COPIES OF BOOKS.  I apologize for this inconvenience and it's possible that I'll change my mind in the future, but for now this is what's working for me.

When e-mailing me please do not simply send a link to your purchase page or a download link for the book. All e-mail requests with no script and only links will be immediately deleted. If you met me in person you wouldn't just walk into my office, throw your book at me, and leave. Don't do the e-mail equivalent.

Books I Normally Accept

I am usually pretty open about genres and book-topics. However, my favorites to review are:

Paranormal
Fantasy
Historical Fiction
Women's Mysteries
and
YA or Middlegrade

I rarely accept: NON-FICTION review requests.

I do not accept: EROTICA or Adult Romance review requests.
